Handcrafted white grappa made from pure grape pomace, obtained using the classic double distillation process. Grappa with a wide and complex aromatic profile and a soft and persistent taste.

Ideal at the end of a meal.

Grappa is obtained by distilling the pomace.

There are no restrictions on the grape varieties to be used; so that grappa can be made with the entire Italian ampelographic heritage, which includes over 500 grape varieties. The only rule is that the grappa must either be obtained from the pomace of grapes grown and pressed in Italy.
