Ingredients:

Cultivated Mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus), Extra Virgin Olive Oil 30%, Cultivated Mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus), Summer Truffle Juice (Tuber Aestivum Vitt), Summer Truffle 1% (Tuber Aestivum Vitt), Black Olives, Salt, Flavouring, Parsley, Garlic, Black pepper

Use: ideal for all types of dishes, aperitifs, first courses, meat and fish. It is ready to use, if you prefer, with the addition of oil or cream. We recommend 20g per person.

Storage method : Store unopened at room temperature and use within 36 months. Store at +2° / +4° after opening and consume within 7 days.
