Originally from Apulia and Sicily; it smells of summer hay and traditionally tastes of stone oven bread, butter and bamboo.

However, they are made with a careful selection of organic raw materials; ie with the best grains, air and water from Trentino.

Used by Michelin starred restaurants across Italy and the world, Monograno Felicetti has a reputation for being some of Italy’s finest pasta.

The Sedani pasta is characterized by its taste and the fact that it remains “al dente” beyond the cooking time.
