Felicetti’s Penne Rigate are made with pure water from the Dolomites and 100% organic Italian durum wheat semolina using the bronze method.
Penne rigate is short, ribbed pasta that takes its name from the Italian word penna, meaning feather. The regular ridges on the outside of the pasta make them perfect for any type of sauce, especially tomato sauces or creamy cheese sauces.
