The Penne lisce Matt Monograno Felicetti are made from “Matt”; a strong and rich variety of durum wheat.

Originally from Apulia and Sicily; it smells of summer hay and traditionally tastes of stone oven bread, butter and bamboo.

They are the most popular of the short noodles; but are made with a careful selection of organic raw materials; ie with the best grains, air and water from Trentino.

These large, supple penne pasta highlight the refined and elegant texture of the matte semolina; thanks to its diagonal cross-section, a subtle taste explosion is created with every combination with low-fat spices.
