Felicetti Linguine are extruded in bronze and made with pure water from the Dolomites and 100% Italian durum wheat semolina.

Linguine are flat, long noodles that get their name from the Italian word lingue, meaning “tongues.” Its flat surface makes it perfect for a variety of pasta sauces and especially seafood preparations.

The in-depth study of the egg-shaped part of our linguine has revealed the taste and texture of Cappelli semolina, extruded to create the most tempting food combinations: its meaty texture even goes well with delicate sauces.
