Description
Colour, scent and flavor of lemon marmalade of exceptional intensity; Processing of untreated Sicilian lemons in a natural way.
The lemons are processed immediately after harvest to retain the intense scent of the essential oils. Unlike other similar products, lemon marmalade is neither bitter nor sour.
The fruits are used whole (except for the pits), cut with a knife and then slowly cooked.
Free from artificial colors, preservatives and flavorings.
