Description

The Langhe DOC Favorita is made from Favorita grapes harvested at the end of September.

After destemming and pressing, the must is placed in a steel tank where it ferments for about 10-15 days. At the end of fermentation, it is filtered and prepared for the final consumer.

TASTING NOTES

This wine presents a straw yellow color with greenish shades. The scent is delicate, floral and very fruity, while in the mouth it is lively, fresh and dry.
