Description
Clementines are small citrus fruits that are the result of a cross between the bitter orange and the tangerine. We find them on our tables from October to January and they help us avoid the diseases of the winter season.
Like all citrus fruits, they are rich in vitamin C, which strengthens the immune system, but also contain other antioxidants that protect our cells from the attack of free radicals.
They are fine-skinned, seedless and have a sweet and delicate taste.
They are great for getting kids used to eating fruit, but also as a quick and convenient snack that can make our diets healthier and tastier.
They are often seedless.
