  • Over 60 hours dough maturation

INGREDIENTS: Soft wheat flour type “0” (wheat flour type 550), water, soy flour, rice flour, salt, extra virgin olive oil, natural dry yeast (contains soft wheat flour type “00”), brewer’s yeast. Ingredients listed in capital letters may cause allergies or food intolerances in sensitive individuals. May contain traces of ARACHIDS, SESAME and MILK. FORMAT: Round pizza base 250 g, diameter about 30 cm. Average nutritional information per 100 g: Energy 990 236 Kj/Kcal; fat 3.0 g, of which: saturated fat 0.4 g; carbohydrates 46 g, of which: sugar 0.4 g; fiber 1.4 g; protein 7.4 g; salt 1.3 g. STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Our precooked pizza crusts are packed in ATM with barrier film. Packaging treated with ethyl alcohol. Store in a cool, dry place. After opening the package, store in the refrigerator at a temperature of 0+4C° and consume within 2/3 days. PREPARATION: Turn on the oven and bring it to maximum temperature (250°). Cut open the bag and take out the product; Put them on a shelf and let your creativity run wild, season as you like; Place on a wire rack and bake.
